How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your link and tracking number.

You can also track it here using your order number + email or your tracking number directly. You’ll see the latest updates on your shipment’s journey, including its current location and estimated delivery date.

Why isn’t my tracking link updating yet?

It’s completely normal if tracking updates take 24–72 hours to appear after your order ships — your package is already on its way, it just hasn’t reached the first checkpoint yet.

If there’s still no update after 5 business days, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll make sure everything’s on track.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything, what should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a few hours early.

Please check with your neighbors, mailbox, or local post office.

If you still can’t find it after 24 hours, contact us at hello@vision-beam.com and we’ll help right away.

I entered my order number but nothing shows up, why?

Double-check that you entered your email and order number exactly as shown in your confirmation email, it should start with a “#” (for example: #12345).

If your order was placed very recently, it may not be trackable yet, please try again in 24–48 hours.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. You can view the estimated delivery date on this tracking page for the most accurate information.

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we can’t change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before placing the order.
